Evaer’s uninstaller may not remove Evaer fully, meaning that it may still interfere with the correct operation of VodBurner even after you uninstall it from the control panel.
In particular, the program “videochannel.exe” may be left running. You can check this by right-clicking the Windows task bar, choosing “Start Task Manager”, then the “Processes” tab, and looking down the list for “videochannel.exe”.
To remove it, you will need to:
1. Restart Windows in “safe mode”. (Click here to see how to do this).
2. Delete the folder “C:\Program Files\Evaer” (or “C:\Program Files (x86)\Evaer”).
3. Restart Windows normally.
